Sad to say, you sent 2 pairs of Black that were not control top, and I had the worst Elephant Legs... Super, super bad!

I ordered 5 packs of hosiery. Order EB65676 $58.37. Two packs of the French Coffee were already run at the toe before I could pull up one leg??? For Sunday morning service, I opened one pair after the other (both damaged) until I got to the third pair which was not damaged. I checked ahead for the 2 pair in Fantasy Black. They are undamaged. I almost think that this a large LET THE BUYER BEWARE if Berkshire is unwilling to at a minimum, exchange the damaged stockings for undamaged ones. How will a customer know the stockings are damaged until they are opened? Who in their right mind would be ok with paying $12 a pair for damaged hose. Please either ship a replacement order for the 2 damaged French Coffee or refund the amount of the two 23.90 + tax.

I did not reach out, but my order before this one, both pair were hose with irregular ankle shape. My events were too close, and I had to move forward wearing the ill shaped hosiery. The same situation was also prevalent with hose that I had purchased from the nearest Ashley Stewart. I tend to purchase no less than 2-4 pair per purchase, as I take great care of my delicates'.

Again, please rectify this situation, as the packages are opened although not worn.

Well, I just wore my first pair today (9/27/26), from my order of 5 pair during your last sale. When I returned home from Church, there was a ruin on the left side of my foot from the toe. I was very disappointed!😞

When I order 3X/4X control top the legs are too long and wrinkle at the ankle. When I size down to 1X/2X they are TOO SHORT. I always order multiple pairs. So, now I'm STUCK with panty hose that are to long or too short! WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? I've NEVER had problems like this with your hose. Now, I can't find ANY TO FIT. PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION. PLEASE CONTACT ME.

I like Berkshire panty hose because the are of good quality. I purchase them more than any other brand.

Pantyhose finish an outfit. Berkshire is the only brand I wear.
